I have recently finished the final game of the Gears of war series. It was by far the best, and cleverest of them all. However, my idea for a 1x1 is not about the game. It is about two characters in particular.
Damon Baird:
(An extremely clever guy, and he knows it. He is an absolutely 100% sarcastic asshole. Ignorance isn't an option, and anyone who is ignorant may as well be grub food. )
And
Sam Byrne:
(The unfortunate off-spring off one of the most well revered Tyran generals. He expected a son, and was disappointed that he instead received a weak little girl.
She has a lot to prove, enlisting herself into the COG to prove that she could be the child her father wanted. A warrior, as tough as nails.)
STORY:
I had the idea of an 1x1 RP as these two characters, set between Gears 2 and 3 when they were clearing up the "stranded" savage humans, that had formed little clans during the locust invasion. They no longer trust the law to keep them safe. So it is the C.O.G'S job to get them to surrender or obey the law, in order to rebuild their fallen society. Sam and Baird, since they are in the same squad, must partner up to cleanse the Tyran landscape from the unruly, aggressive human "tribes."
